CONCEPT 01
GREEDEN
The main idea here was to illustrate greed's powerful potential as an innate human emotion. To reinforce this, I set the story in an older period, since greed isn’t a recent development but something that has always existed. Placing the narrative in a past era more vividly captures the notion of greed as a dangerous primordial emotion.
I was excited about this idea and thought I had a fleshed-out idea for it. Still, it wasn’t communicating as well as I thought it would. Aside from that, greed has and will always be a significant topic. Unfortunately, I don’t think I was qualified to tackle it (at least I got some cool renders from it).

SUN SEEKER
The idea for this piece was initially inspired by the tale of Icarus, though I didn’t plan on featuring any wings. Instead, it explores how those who came before us often leave behind clues and guidance for the next generation. I plan on placing the setting in a place or environment where the figure ascends and reaches a summit of some kind.

The idea behind this was to showcase the process of getting trapped in one's thoughts, we often try to reflect and hyper-fixate on that one thing that we don’t even notice as things fall apart.
